BV7777 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and BV7777 ("BV7777", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bv7777.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the BV7777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money and bonus funds where separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds by the User into their Account using an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by BV7777 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Platform" means the BV7777 website, mobile-optimised interface, applications and all associated services.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User that have not been designated as Bonus Funds.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be converted to Real-Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of Real-Money Funds from a User's Account to the User's designated payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on BV7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
4. You must not be an employee, director, consultant or agent of BV7777 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by BV7777 for breach of these Terms.
6. You must not be under a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from the Platform at the time of registration.
7. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and current.

Each User may hold only one Account on BV7777. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and other details as prompted. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

BV7777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the deposit method used).
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by compliance obligations.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by BV7777 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, restriction of Account activity or permanent Account closure. BV7777 accepts no liability for delays or losses arising from a User's failure to complete KYC verification.

By using the Platform you agree that you will not, at any time:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to manipulate or defraud BV7777 or any other user through collusion, use of prohibited software (including bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence tools not authorised by BV7777), or any other means.
• Exploit technical errors, malfunctions or loopholes in the Platform software for personal gain. Any winnings arising from such activity may be voided.
• Use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism or engage in any other activity that contravenes anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the Platform, including game software, odds data or graphics.
• Engage in abusive, harassing or offensive conduct toward BV7777 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Open or operate an Account on behalf of or for the benefit of another person.

BV7777 reserves the right to monitor Account activity to detect prohibited conduct. Any Account found to be in breach of this clause may be suspended or permanently closed, and any Balance associated with the breach may be forfeited in accordance with Clause 12.

All bets, wagers and game-play actions on BV7777 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, sports markets or events:

• Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits: Each game or betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of wager placement. BV7777 may change these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is confirmed only when the Platform displays a unique transaction reference number. BV7777 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to network interruption on the User's side.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing or software error (including incorrect odds, incorrect pay-tables or system malfunctions), BV7777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake. BV7777 will communicate such decisions in a timely manner.
• Match Abandonment & Postponement: Rules for abandoned, postponed or forfeited sporting events vary by market. Please consult the specific sports-market rules published on the Platform for details applicable to cricket, PSL events, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports.
• Live / In-Play Betting: Live markets update in real time and may be suspended without notice. BV7777 accepts no responsibility for bets placed during periods of unexpected market suspension or after official event outcome.
• Winnings Settlement: Winnings are credited to the User's Account Balance promptly following official result confirmation. BV7777 may delay settlement pending result verification.

BV7777 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms published with the specific promotion:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell or assign any bonus to another user.
• Each promotion will state its applicable Wagering Requirement. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the stated Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and Real-Money Funds are held separately in your Account. Real-Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds in the wagering sequence unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• BV7777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus that has been claimed using false information, multiple Accounts or in violation of these Terms.
• All bonus figures mentioned in any illustrative context are subject to current promotion terms. Past bonus amounts do not guarantee future availability.

BV7777 acknowledges that Pakistani users are familiar with a range of domestic payment channels, including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant transfer infrastructure such as Raast, and major commercial banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are mentioned as contextual references only. BV7777 does not claim that these institutions endorse, support or facilitate transactions to online gambling operators.

• Accepted Methods: The payment methods accepted at the time of your transaction will be displayed during the deposit or withdrawal flow. Available methods may change without notice.
• Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds, expressed in PKR or other applicable currency, are displayed at point of transaction. These figures may vary by method and may change at any time.

• Currency: Where PKR is the designated currency, all displayed balances and transaction amounts are in Pakistani Rupees. Exchange rate fluctuations for non-PKR transactions are the User's responsibility.
• Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only: BV7777 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Limit per Request: BV7777 may apply limits to individual withdrawal amounts. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments at BV7777's discretion.

BV7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform offers the following player-protection tools as standard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request temporary breaks from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling entirely may request a self-exclusion period of six months or longer. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and bonus communications are ceased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of BV7777's intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BV7777 and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet outage or any other circumstances beyond BV7777's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks or financial institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit BV7777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

BV7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion or use of prohibited software.
• Access from a Restricted Territory.
• Multiple Account registration.
• Abusive conduct directed at BV7777 staff.
• Any other reason that BV7777 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, BV7777 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution where it is lawful and practicable to do so. Where an Account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any Balance arising from fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate Real-Money Funds (those not subject to ongoing compliance review) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BV7777 holds its applicable operating licence.

BV7777 does not hold authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. The Platform is offered under an international licensing framework. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable domestic law.

BV7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. In cases of significant change, we may also notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. BV7777 recommends checking this page whenever you log in for the first time after a period of inactivity.
